We support this project because our democracy is at home in the city and in the countryside.

The Stiftung Zukunft Berlin is primarily involved in the three areas of Berlin, Berlin-Brandenburg and Europe. The UMBRUCH Gruppe is represented in the foundation by Daniel Haver as a member of the advisory board and is particularly concerned with the growing together of city and country, with mutual understanding and enrichment.

Together, we want to improve the good neighborly relationship between Berlin and Brandenburg and establish forms of cooperation that develop the potential of both states for the common benefit of the entire region. The focus is not on day-to-day politics, but on the joint development of strategies for the future.

Specifically, forums, readings and dialogue opportunities between civil society and politics are organized, for example.
